Thank you.Your review is appreciated and helpful. My client's interest is taken very seriously in this important financial transaction. Advice, when asked is provided, but FINAL decisions are made by the Seller. Recommended service providers are ones that I would use myself. Once under contract, I guide the client to closing. Contractual obligations to close the sale (home/municipal inspections) are overseen for timely completion. The clients’ attorney is updated on issues. However, property maintenance until closing is the Seller’s responsibility per contract. Happily the home was marketed in 61 days vs average of 90+ days. The sales price was approx 97% of list price, in line with current market trend. The delayed closing was beyond our control. Written mortgage pre-qualification was presented at time of negotiation. A new mortgage & appraisal were obtained. We hope our response has shown our commitment to provide the highest standards of service and expertise
